Rob Landeros
Rob co-founded and was CEO of Trilobyte, the maker of the wildly successful and classic CD-ROM products, The 7th Guest and The 11th Hour. Prior to that, he was company Art Director for Virgin Interactive Entertainment. Rob first entered the entertainment software industry in 1987 as Art Director for Cinemaware. There, he directed such best-selling titles as Rocket Ranger, King of Chicago and Defender of the Crown. Following his success with Trilobyte, he founded Aftermath Media where he produced Tender Loving Care and Point of View - two pioneering and critically acclaimed motion pictures that pushed the interactivity of the new medium of DVD to its limits. For his achievements in entertainment software, and particularly for The 7th Guest, Rob has been honored with numerous awards, including "Best Entertainment Title, 1994" (Multimedia World Reader's Choice Awards); "Golden Triad Award" (Computer Game Review), "Most Valuable Product" (PC Computing), and "Best CD Game" (Interactive Academy Cybermania Awards). Rob is currently focused on graphic design especially as applied to print and web development. He lives with his wife, five dogs and two cats in Medford Oregon where he enjoys golf, politics and golf. |
