Enormous, or simply significant, sums of money and time are lost, and the lives of good working people devastated, by simply not asking and answering the right questions from the get-go.
The MaxROIx engagement process begins with assessing the “Fit” between what we have to offer and what a prospective client REALLY needs. This “fit-assessment” is a joint and, in and of itself, a valuable and insightful experience for the client.
This first step unfolds through a series of short phone interviews, email communications, and background research done by MaxROIx. Prior to any information sensitive communication the Confidentially form must be check off and submitted and can be found in the "Getting Started" page of this site.
This Fitness-Assessment usually takes two weeks or less depending on the workload and schedules on both sides. Client time is less than 2 hours and typically is spread out among 2-5 of the client employees unless this is a Vision/Idea engagement of which only one or two individuals are involved. In an emergency, this assessment period can be shortened.
If an agreement-to-engage is reached a “MaxROIx Event” is scheduled.
This event is a relevant-insight-filled, group-on-group, “physical presence required” one-time meeting. It can be a half-day or a full day. It will consist of 2 or more MaxROIxer's and those high-level decision makers of the organization involved in the mission-critical matter at hand.
The event process is one of dynamic Q&A and Dialogue (QAD). After the introductions of the key players the first item on the agenda is an analysis of Vision-Strategy “Path-of-Insight.” This QAD time is spent performing a deep and critical review of the “original insights and subsequent questions and answers” that guided the prospective client to their current vision and correlated strategic business intention. This shared “Path-of-Insight” and subsequent QAD with MaxROIxer’s establishes the content basis and framework for the rest of the engagement event for that day or half day.
The remainder of the MaxROIx engagement with the client is spent in QAD mode. The objective and result is actionable Insight.
A clearer Vision-Strategy rationale, logic, purpose and intent related to the new venture will be achieved. Minor or potentially major changes in vision, mission and strategy may be the result. Confirmation is also a potential product achieved, but this confirmation will provide a more solid, thoughtful and appreciated foundation from which the organization can most confidently grow its venture.
In any and all cases, this MaxROIx engagement process and effort will be well worth the money considering the potential multi-layered losses or the optimization of potentially significant profits achieved in implementation.
